Excellent agency, the sale was completed quite quickly. The secretary (Muriel) was very kind and supportive. An excellent real estate agent who helped me make the right choice. I recommend this agency.
I contacted the agency about a house for sale in Saint-Père. I sent several messages through Le Bon Coin (a French classifieds website) without receiving a reply. I then called the agency twice. Finally, a sales representative called me back: I asked her for information and suggested a price range for the two lots. Since I wasn't in the area, it seemed logical to agree on a price range before wasting everyone's time. After that, nothing more.
In September, I followed up four times. I was finally contacted on November 26th to ask if I was still interested in the house. I replied yes, but was then informed that the land had been sold… even though between September and early November, I had left several unanswered messages.
In short: either they have too much work or too much money to worry about a €130,000 sale. In any case, the follow-up is deplorable.

Very disappointing experience with Ms. Chavrin. Instead of redirecting us to the agent in charge of the property, she played the role of intermediary in a confusing manner: first open to negotiation, then no, then yes again three months later, before switching back to a refusal. The result: a waste of time and catastrophic follow-up.
I've had the best experience with Century 21. I've been to seven real estate agents, two of whom were affiliated with Century 21. Their professionalism, calmness, and helpfulness inspire confidence. They are clear and guide you step by step through the process. You read a lot about buying a house in France, and it often revolves around problems caused by ignorance. With Century 21, I've found that this isn't necessary. Just fill out a list of questions, and they'll clearly explain what it's like with the property you've chosen. Every property is different, and every region has its own unique characteristics. Helpful and professional, that's my experience with Century 21.
